We’re not Just a Camp - We’re a Community

Since our founding in 2007 we’ve built a supportive community of kids, their families, and community leaders that are working together to change the world to be a kinder, better place. Perfectly Me programs are intentionally designed to help kids develop essential HeroValues like kindness, courage, and teamwork because we believe these traits are key to their growth and success both in and out of school. To further support our mission, we’ve started our Community Connections programs to give kids and their families opportunities to come together outside of our normal programming to have fun together, be in service to others, and improve the well-being of our communities.

A note from Our Founder, Raquel Gilmer

This year, Perfectly Me is doubling down on our commitment to help children and their families build and maintain community. We’ve launched a new Perfectly Me Community and Family Connection Guide, which helps inspire families through monthly service and community projects. We’re also expanding our summer camp options at our Roland Park Country School location where we’ll be offering more camps than ever before, including SuperHero Camp, KindergartenHero Camp, SportsHero Camp, and STEMHero Camps. In 2025, we’re expanding our in-person events and providing more opportunities for camp friends and their families to get together.

We’re inspired this year to be more intentional in our pursuit of community – and hope you’ll join us in our journey to bring Perfectly Me superhero values to more and more children in our area.
