All of our subscribers will be re-billed between the 25th-26th of each month. If you'd like to cancel or pause your membership please do so prior to the 24th of the month in order to ensure that you aren't billed for the next month. All of our APMG Club mailers and boxes are ineligible for return. While we package our mailers and boxes carefully, accidents can happen during shipping. If something is damaged, please email support@perfectlyme.com and we'll get a replacement out to you as soon as possible!

You should expect your Club mailers or boxes to arrive between the 10th and 15th of each month. Orders placed by the 25th of the month will receive that upcoming month's APMG SuperValues mailer or box. Orders placed on the 26th and after will receive the following SuperValues Club materials.

While we don’t want you to miss out on any of our APMG SuperValues, we understand that you may need to take a break. Please know that memberships must be paused or cancelled before the 25th at midnight of every month to ensure that you aren't charged for the next month. If you cancel a prepaid membership before it ends, we'll ship the remaining club mailers or boxes on your original order. Simply log into your account page and update the address after your first mailer or box ships, and before the 25th of the following month, to ensure that materials will ship to the correct address going forward.
